Work out your required flow and your total head, including pipe friction and any filter or UV losses, then pick the model that meets that flow at that head – a flow figure without a head figure does not size a pump.

That is the pump curve: the Supastream 100 gives 330 LPM at 2 m head, 234 LPM at 8 m and 169 LPM at 10 m, so the duty point decides the model, not the headline flow.

Waterco does not publish a suction lift figure for the Supastream, so we size it on flooded suction by default – tell us your suction arrangement and we will confirm it.

All four Supastream models are single phase, 220-240 V; for three phase, step up to the Hydrostar Plus range.

Yes, with the optional sea water mechanical seal (SKU Supastream-SW); the standard 316 stainless seal already resists chlorinated water, ozone, iodine, bromine and Baquacil.

It sits between the wet end and the motor and drains any leak from a worn mechanical seal away from the motor end shield, which is what usually destroys a pool-style pump.

It is the low-pressure, general-purpose entry point; Hydrostorm and TurboFlo carry more head, and Hydrostar Plus covers the large duties up to 2,600 LPM at 10 m head.
