Work out your required dose in litres per hour from the dose rate and system flow, check it sits inside the pump’s turndown range, then confirm the model’s pressure rating exceeds the pressure at the injection point.

A dosing pump is selected on a duty point, so 1 L/h at 5 bar and 17 L/h at 2 bar are completely different pumps. Always give us the flow you need and the pressure you are dosing into.

A backlit display of strokes per minute, litres per hour and PPM, seven programmable modes including 4 to 20 mA and 0 to 10 V signal following, batch and PPM dosing, a standby input, a programmable alarm relay, and a foot valve float that stops dosing when the chemical tank runs low.

When the dose is fixed, the system flow is steady and nothing needs to change the dose automatically. If someone sets it once and leaves it, the manual pump does the job for less.

The PVDF head with a solid PTFE diaphragm and ceramic ball check valves suits most common dosing chemicals, and the EP models with EPDM seals are intended for caustic dosing. Confirm your chemical and its concentration with us and we will match the liquid end.

Not to run it. The pump doses at a constant programmed rate on its own. You need a probe and controller only if the dose must follow a measured value such as pH, in which case the controller drives the pump on the 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V input.

The suction and discharge tubing, the foot valve and injection valve assemblies including their ceramic balls and springs, the check valve seals, and the diaphragm. An optional SEFL flow switch will alarm if the pump loses prime.
