Work out your required dose in litres per hour from the dose rate and system flow, check it sits inside the pump’s turndown range, then confirm the model’s pressure rating exceeds the pressure at the injection point. The pump in this package is rated 1.3 L/h against 3 bar.

It measures pH continuously through the supplied probe and controls the peristaltic dosing pump to hold your setpoint, logging the result on board.

Yes. The pH probe, probe holder, manifold with dosing point and return to tower, SEKO peristaltic pump, flow switch and PVC backboard are all supplied as one assembly.

A standalone dosing pump doses at whatever rate you set, whether the water needs it or not. This package measures pH and only doses when the reading is off setpoint, and the flow switch stops dosing when there is no flow.

The wetted path is the black EPDM squeeze tube, chosen for better chemical compatibility and longer tube life. Tell us the acid or base you are dosing and its concentration and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

The squeeze tube is the main wearing part and is replaced periodically. The pH probe is also a consumable that needs regular calibration and eventual replacement, along with the calibration buffer solutions.
