Choose on a duty point, not a dose rate — work out the L/h you need from your chemical strength and treated water flow, then establish the back pressure in bar at the injection point, and pick the model that covers both. The DDA 7.5-16 handles small doses at high pressure and the DDA 30-4 large doses at low pressure.

Because the pump has to dose against it. A pump rated 30 L/h at 4 bar will not inject into a 12 bar line at all, so dose rate and back pressure only mean anything quoted together.

It is the ratio between the largest and smallest dose the pump can hold accurately — 1:3000 on the DDA 7.5-16 and 1:1000 on the other three models — so one pump copes with a wide swing in demand without swapping hardware.

Dosing heads in polypropylene, PVC, PVDF or stainless steel DIN 1.4401, gaskets in EPDM, FKM or PTFE, and valve balls in ceramic or stainless steel. Tell us the chemical and we will specify the combination.

The EMEC wall-mount pumps cover 2 L/h at 15 bar to 20 L/h at 4 bar (manual) and 1 L/h at 5 bar to 17 L/h at 2 bar (digital), and are the economical choice for a simple duty inside that envelope.
