Fresh By Design completed the OC4 Oceanarium Life Support System (LSS) Upgrade at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium. The upgrade enhances the aquarium’s operational efficiency and overall water quality.
The scope included AirSep Corporation Onyx Ultra oxygen concentrators to provide clean, dry oxygen gas to the ozone generators; ClearWater Tech (a division of Pentair) CD12 ozone generators to improve water quality by reducing organic matter and harmful substances; a custom PVC ozone destructor with activated carbon media for ozone off-gas filtration; GF Piping Systems ORP sensors and pressure transmitters for continuous monitoring and control of water parameters; and upgraded pipework, fittings and valves to ensure efficient water circulation and maintenance of optimal conditions.
