Arvo-Tec feeder system aquaculture automated feed solution

This is the system overview. The Arvo-Tec TD2000 page covers the feeder unit and its dosing drums, and the Arvo-Tec Wolf Controller page covers the control unit that drives the feeders.

TD2000 feeders, pipe-fed delivery systems, pneumatic or electric spreaders, fixed or mobile robot feeding where required, and Arvo-Tec control such as the Wolf Controller. Feed hoppers are supplied separately.

The system is centralised, so feed goes to multiple tanks or ponds from one or more feeders. Scale is set by feeder count, delivery lines and spreaders, which we work out from your tank count and daily feed demand rather than from a fixed figure.

Start with daily feed demand, pellet size and tank count. Those three fix the dosing drum sizes, the number of feeders and feed lines, the spreader type, and the controller needed to run them.

1 mm to 9 mm, set by which TD2000 dosing drum is fitted — 0.3 g up to 1 mm feed, through to 100 g up to 9 mm feed.

For facility-wide, data-driven feeding, yes — the feeders meter feed and the Wolf Controller schedules and adjusts them against temperature, oxygen and biomass. A very small setup can run on simpler timing.

Yes — the system is fully modular, so additional feeders, delivery lines, spreaders and controllers can be added without redesigning the whole installation.
