Product Information

Key Features

  • Clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter for water — the transducers strap to the outside of the pipe, so there is nothing in the flow path and no pipe to cut
  • Fits pipe from 25 mm to 1200 mm (1″ to 48″) in carbon steel, stainless steel or PVC
  • Measures water velocity from 0.01 m/s to 5 m/s, in either direction
  • Broadband pulse transmission for a stable reading with low power draw
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly totalised water consumption read straight off the keypad
  • 4–20 mA and pulse outputs plus RS485 Modbus, so it connects to a PLC or SCADA system
  • IP65 transmitter and IP68 encapsulated transducers, with 9 m (30 ft) of transducer cable as standard
  • Sizing: this is one meter across the whole size range, so specify your pipe outside diameter, wall thickness and pipe material, and your normal flow. The velocity range is 0.01 to 5 m/s — multiply that by your pipe’s internal cross-sectional area to check your flow falls inside it.
