To choose your model: size on throughput at the fish weight you actually grade, not a headline figure — a BG60-2 handles 0.76 t/hr of 25 g fish but 5.66 t/hr of 500 g fish, so work from your grading window and the tonnage you need through it. Step up to the BG60-3 or BG60-4 for roughly 1.5× and 2× the capacity, allowing 1.08 m, 1.58 m and 2.06 m of floor width respectively (all models are 3.25 m long and 1.30 m high).
