Q: Which Smart Grader do I need?

Size on throughput and fish size: Micro (5 tracks) does 1,000–4,000 kg/h of 5–500 g salmon, Macro (10 tracks) 2,000–8,000 kg/h of the same range, and Exel (7 tracks, 80 mm rollers) takes salmon up to 2 kg.

Micro and Macro grade fish 5 to 55 mm thick, a recommended 5 to 500 g for salmon; the Exel is recommended up to 2 kg.

Q: How accurate is the grading?

The rollers are machined with high-precision laser welding tools and balanced on specialised equipment, which is what delivers accurate grading, and the digital display shows the exact opening set for each grade.

Electric linear actuators set the openings, controlled from the on-board panel, remotely from a smart device, or automatically from a VAKI Counter that counts, measures size and calculates the split.

Yes — main sorting unit inclination adjusts from 5 to 10°, electrically on Macro and Exel or manually on Micro.
