Yes — the coiled heating element is titanium, which suits both seawater and fresh water.

Q: Does the kW rating change with air temperature?

No. It is a resistance heater, so the rated kW is the heat output regardless of ambient conditions — unlike a heat pump.

Q: What is the minimum water flow?

100 LPM for the 2.4 to 6.0 kW single-phase units on 40 mm connections, and 250 LPM for the 18 and 24 kW three-phase units on 50 mm.

Q: Can it be wall mounted?

Yes — it can be mounted on a wall or installed inline along the pipework.

Q: What power supply do the larger units need?

The 18 and 24 kW models are three phase. Everything up to 6.0 kW runs on single phase.

Q: How do I know if something is wrong?

The control panel displays diagnostic error codes alongside the target and current water temperature on the LED display.
