Uniseal for DWV Pipe

Uniseals are robust yet flexible gaskets made from Sarlink TPV 3460, a high-performance thermoplastic vulcanizate. Designed to create a secure seal around pipes penetrating tank walls, they eliminate the need for additional sealants when installed correctly.

Unlike traditional bulkhead fittings, uniseals are ideal for use on curved or uneven surfaces, offering greater versatility across a range of tank designs.

Installation Guidance:

Size uniseal based of outside pipe diameter, and hole saw size. A tolerance of ±1mm is acceptable.
After cutting the hole, ensure all burrs and rough edges are removed for a smooth fit.
Uniseals are intentionally tight-fitting to ensure a leak-free seal. To ease installation:
- Chamfer the pipe end or gently warm the tip to soften it.
- Apply a water-soluble, food-safe lubricant (e.g. dishwashing liquid) to help the pipe slide through the uniseal.

Once fitted properly, uniseals provide a durable, watertight seal without the need for adhesives or sealants.

Note – The 150mm Uniseal will fit both DWV and PVC Pipe
