In early 2022 we completed the installation of several RAS systems for New Zealand’s largest aquatic PC2 facility at Cawthron Institute in Nelson, NZ.
This facility is an exciting collaboration between Petuna Aquaculture, BioMar, and Skretting that will be used to trial salmonid diets using the same water, fish, and staff that Petuna use in their commercial runs enabling real world testing.

FBD completed the design, supply and installation for Seafarm’s new Prawn Broodstock system at their hatchery outside of Innisfail, Queensland.
This project was a renovation and upgrade of a unused former nursery. The system is controlled and monitored using the OxyGuard Pacific.
