The YSI Pro1020 is a high-performance handheld meter designed to measure dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, and either pH or ORP, making it ideal for aquaculture, environmental monitoring, wastewater treatment, and field research. This meter features user-replaceable sensors and cables, reducing downtime and lowering the total cost of ownership. Available in 1-, 4-, 10-, 20-, and 30-metre cable lengths, the Pro1020 offers flexibility for a wide range of sampling environments. Cables 4 metres and longer include a cable management kit for added convenience.
The Pro1020’s smart calibration system remembers previous calibration values and guides users through the process, simplifying setup and ensuring consistent results. With storage for up to 50 data sets, users can easily review and manage readings without needing to record data manually.
Designed for field use, the Pro1020 boasts an IP67 waterproof rating, military-spec connectors, and a rubber over-moulded case that can withstand drops and impacts. It remains waterproof even without the battery cover, ensuring reliability in wet and rugged conditions. The large graphic backlit display and glow-in-the-dark keypad make it easy to operate in any lighting, including when wearing polarised sunglasses.
Choose between polarographic or galvanic DO sensors, both offering fast response times—up to 95% DO response in approximately 8 seconds with the standard membrane, making it one of the fastest meters on the market.

Polarographic or Galvanic?
The long life of the polarographic sensor saves time, money, and reduces your overall cost. The galvanic sensor enables sampling to start immediately without a warm-up period. Regardless of sensor selection, you will receive accurate, quality data!

When ordering the Pro1020, you must order the instrument, cable, dissolved oxygen (Polarographic of Galvanic), and pH or ORP sensor separately. Temperature is part of the cable you order and included in the cable purchase
