Enviro Ceramic ECD Oxygen Diffuser
Enviro Ceramic manufactures technical ceramic nanobubble diffusers for use in aquaculture and other industrial applications. The diffusers have been developed through ongoing product refinement and are rated for operating pressures of up to 3.5 bar (50 psi).
The diffuser design incorporates several functional features intended to support efficient gas transfer and durability in operational environments, including:
- A patented airlift‑principle design with a central opening to draw water from the tank floor and enrich it with gas as it enters the bubble stream.
- Nano‑porous ceramic membrane (~0.5 micron pore size) produces ultra fine bubbles (approximately 120 microns at 40 cm depth) to support effective gas diffusion into water.
- Inert, anti‑microbial ceramic material designed to inhibit biofilm formation, helping reduce fouling and maintenance while supporting long‑term performance.
- Marine‑grade 316L stainless steel fittings integrated into a tough resin housing provide corrosion resistance and avoid galvanic corrosion associated with aluminium and brass components.
- Silicone rubber feet to provide stable placement on tank floors and help protect the diffuser from impact and handling damage.
