Polypropylene Bag Housing
These polypropylene bag housings are a corrosion-proof, cost-effective choice for aquaculture, aquarium and zoo life support system (LSS) water treatment. Built entirely from polypropylene, they handle seawater, brackish water and the chemicals used in marine and hatchery systems without the corrosion or metal leaching of stainless steel. We supply two models so you can match the housing to your flow and duty.

Which model is right for you?
Both housings are fully polypropylene and rated to 600 kPa — the choice comes down to flow and installation. Choose the HPP-100B for compact installs and flows up to 300 LPM using a Size 5 bag. Choose the HPPB-732 where you need higher flow (up to 500 LPM), greater dirt-holding capacity, outdoor durability or reverse-osmosis pre-treatment — its fibreglass-reinforced, UV-stabilised body and larger Size 2 bag suit heavier, continuous duty.

What filter bags do they take?
The HPP-100B takes a single Size 5 bag (0.2 m² surface area); the HPPB-732 takes a single Size 2 bag (0.4 m²).
